After we wrapped up MCN’s website redesign, we turned our attention to overhauling their Client Portal. The portal is an essential tool that their clients use to schedule and manage all the services they receive through MCN. The existing portal was outdated, difficult to navigate and lacked a lot of functionality that would help MCN process requests in a more efficient manner.
We rethought their user experience from the ground up, beginning with an extensive wireframing phase to make sure we got every detail right. We then fleshed out the design of the portal, making it feel every inch a part of their updated brand. The new experience is streamlined, highly intuitive, and enable clients and MCN managers to do in a few clicks work that used to require multiple forms and redundant entries.
